Here is a list of books that I am currently reading.....

A Man Named Dave

The third installment from the life of David Pelzer. The previous two books, "A Child Called It," and "The Lost Boy," chronicled the severe abuse Dave suffered at the hands of his mother, and then his experiences growing up as a teen in various foster homes. "A Man Named Dave" covers his adult life and coming to terms with his childhood. It is excellent. I would highly recommend all three books.

Dreamcatcher

Just finishing up this book by Stephen King. Good reading, but I still like his "older" writing better!

The Joy Luck Club

Yes, I am reading it AGAIN!!! It is my current "book kept in the car to entertain while waiting" book. I just don't get sick of Amy Tan's writing.....

Harry Potter

My daughter Nikki has finally shamed me into tackling the Harry Potter series. Starting this week, I will let you know how I like them! All my friends love them, if that is any indication....

Book Report

Any Stephanie Plum book!

Janet Evanovich has come up with a great series here. The books center around a bounty hunter from New Jersey named Stephanie Plum. Completely entertaining and will make you laugh as it describes her spandex wardrobe and teased big hair. Titles in this series are, "One for the Money," "Two for the Dough," "Three to get Deadly," "Four to Score," "High Five," "Hot Six," and her newest one, "Seven Up." (I think! I haven't read it yet, so I am not sure.

The Talisman

Stephen King with Peter Straub! Scary!!! I first read this one nearly twelve years ago, but it is still good! They have written a sequel, "Black House," that will be out in October? Terrific reading!!!

The Two Mrs. Grenvilles

Another Dominick Dunne book. I just finished rereading this one. I have to say I had forgotten how good it really is. I have yet to read a bad Dominick Dunne book!
