WS_FTP PRO First time email setup

Step 1: Start

	- Click the New button. - Click on the General tab.

Step 2: General Tab

	- For Profile Name: type Prism Access. - For Host Name/Address: type the name of the server given to you by our Support staff. - For Host Type: select Automatic Detect. - For User ID: type your username. - For Password: type your password. - Leave Account: blank. - Press OK.

Step 3: Uploading Files and Folders

	- Connect to your FTP site by selecting Prism Access in the profile list and pressing Connect. - Locate the file or folder you wish to upload in the LEFT window. - Select where you want to put it in the RIGHT window. - Press the Arrow pointing to the RIGHT.

Step 4: Downloading Files and Folders

	- Connect to your FTP site by selecting Prism Access in the profile list and pressing Connect. - Locate the file or folder you wish to download in the RIGHT window. - Select where you want to put it in the LEFT window. - Press the Arror pointing to the LEFT.

Step 5: Finish

	- You're done!
