Setup LeapFTP First time email setup

LeapFTP is my recommendation for an FTP program. I've been using this program for years and have yet to find it lacking in needed features. It is very easy to setup and use for first-timers also.

Step 1: Start

	- First, we need to remove the stuff you don't need. - Click on the Sites menu option and select Site Manager. - Use the Delete Group button at the bottom to remove all the pre-entered groups.

Step 2: Site Manager

	- Click Add Group and type in Prism Access. - Click on Add Site and type in Prism Access again. - For Address: type in www.prism.net. - Uncheck Anonymous. - For Username: type in your username. - For Password: type in your password. - For Local Path click the ? button and navigate to the directory you will be     FTP'ing from. - Leave Remote Path blank. - Press Apply. - Press Exit.

Step 3: Connecting to your FTP site

	- Click the button at the top left that says FTP Server. - Select your FTP Site to connect to it. - Watch the bottom right window to make sure you aren't getting any errors.

Step 4: Uploading Files and Folders

- The TOP LEFT window shows you folders from your computer. Use it to           navigate to the folder you will be uploading from. - The TOP RIGHT window shows you folders from the FTP Server. Use it to         navigate to the folder you will be uploading to. - Drag the folder of file you wish to upload from the TOP LEFT window to the     TOP RIGHT window. This will copy that file or folder onto the FTP server. - The upload will start automatically.

Step 5: Downloading Files and Folders

- The TOP LEFT window shows you folders from your computer. Use it to           navigate to the folder you will be uploading from. - The TOP RIGHT window shows you folders from the FTP Server. Use it to         navigate to the folder you will be uploading to. - Drag the folder of file you wish to upload from the TOP RIGHT window to the   TOP LEFT window. This will copy that file or folder onto your computer. - The download will start automatically.

Step 6: Tips

- The BOTTOM RIGHT window is the status window, watch it to make sure         there are no errors when transferring files. - The BOTTOM LEFT window is the QUEUE. If you want to download files from     different folders at once, drag what you want to download into the QUEUE       and it will do them all at once when you want. To start downloading the         queue, select Queue from the top menu and chose Transfer Queue. - LeapFTP is very powerful, make sure you familiarize yourself with it and learn   what each feature does. - Have fun!
