Setup FileZilla
First time FTP setup |

FileZilla is a very good FREE FTP client. If you don't want to
pay the 20 or 30 dollars for the other FTP clients, I highly recommend
this one.

| Step 1: Start |
|
| - | For Address: type www.prism.net. |
| - | For User: type your username. |
| - | For Password: type your password. |
| - | For Port: type 21. |
| - | Press Quick Connect. |
| Step 2: Add Host |
|
| - | Click File. |
| - | Select Copy connection to Site Manager. |
| - | Press Save and Exit. |
| Step 3: Troubleshooting |
|
| - | Error Message: 500 Illegal PORT command. |
| - | -- Click Edit and select Settings. |
| - | -- Click Firewall Settings and check Passive Mode. |
| - | -- Press OK. |
