A Cake Made when Pat's Uncle Bill left NY for the greener pastures of VA.
I made it for his Going Away Party. It was a strawberry Shortcake (whipped cream frosting) Decorated with Plain M & M's & Green piping Gel

A Watermelon that i made for Bill's Going-Away Party.
A less than ordinary carved watermelon shell for the fruit salad. The gaming crew thought it looked like Cthulhu.

A cake i made for my father's former church, the Long Island Community Fellowship.

The cake made for our Engaement Party
A 1/4 sheet chocolate cake boasts 2 layers of chocolate cake, with strawberry shortcake filling, topped with buttercream icing. Not knowing what exactly to say for an engagement cake i was making for my own party, Patrick came up with the quote from Douglas Adams "So long, and thanks for all the fish." It seemed Oddly Appropriate at the time. The cake topper was a gag that pat and i saw in the store, made by wilton. the people who make most of the cake decorating equipment i use.
