Dear Customer, On October 26 2007, our network provider decided to pull out of our primary network facility in New York City without notice. Since then, we have moved all of the Prism servers to a new facility. Services affected were web server access, e-mail delivery, and toll-free support services. All services have been restored, with the exception of FTP access to the Prism web server. We expect this to be resolved before November 9.
